But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Our fitness classes are for people with little to no fitness experience. Our program will teach a strong and safe foundation of the different exercise movements while burning fat and toning your muscles. You will be have fun and make friends, as you experience a fun and challenging workout!
All of the basic movements you would need in life will be incorporated them into your training. Think of moving from sitting to standing up (squats), picking up something from the ground (deadlifts), or putting luggage in an overhead compartment (presses). Those movements (and many others) are then combined into varying combinations to form high-intensity workouts. These workouts are fast, effective and never boring.
CrossFit class will start slow, so that you can learn the mechanics and develop consistent form and technique. Then over time, your training ramps up so that you continue to get stronger and faster. CrossFit pushes you to never stop making progress. The workouts are tough, but thanks to our coaches they can be scaled to ANYONE’S ability level.
CrossFit isn’t an “all or nothing” program. It’s a “give me what you’ve got today” program. Life happens: twisted ankle stepping off a curb, pregnancy, age, etc. Exercise should be a part of your life regardless.
